In 2011, Kim started Raleigh Inbound Marketing to help small businesses create attraction content and get found online. She honed her skills over the years through trial and error as well as ongoing learning and training. Back then there was no degree or training course to learn the digital world.
She attended a NAWBO luncheon in 2007 and several women asked her what a “tweet” was. Many of the businesses she came across were “throwing money at the wall and hoping something would stick” when it came to advertising, websites, and social media. She developed comprehensive strategies, tested them, and found what was working.
Over the years, Kim has helped many day spas, medspas, and healthcare-related businesses thrive online using her proven processes and strategies.
